Me, cooking in the kitchen? Yup, and so can you!
Stop making excuses as to why you don’t know how to cook but would like to learn. There are several recipes online, and your family’s traditional ones as well. So, get in the kitchen and try something new!

Probably the yummiest dish I ever made has been chicken and pasta with Alfredo sauce.
I used to purchase Alfredo sauce from the store, and it was good. It was not until I started making my own that I realized how delicious it really it, and a lot healthier.
What you will need:
A medium-sized pot
A medium-sized pan
Whipped heavy cream (ultra heavy or just heavy, it is up to you)
Grated parmesan cheese
Pasta (your choice of noodles)
Red and yellow sweet peppers (to add flavor and color)
Organic baby spinach (to add flavor and color)
4 chicken breasts
Extra virgin olive oil
Oregano/Italian seasoning (either or will do)
4 cups of water (or enough to boil your pasta)
1 1/2 of water
Organic no-salt seasoning from Kirkland (or whatever you use to season your chicken)
Kitchen shears
What to do:Add water to your pot and place on your stove with medium-high heat. Use a tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil to the pot and a dash or two of oregano (or Italian seasoning), whatever you feel is enough. Now add your pasta of choice. I use half a box since it is just the three of us.
When the pasta is ready, do not remove the water, just add two cups of whipped heavy cream and two and a half cups of grated parmesan cheese. Stir.
Wash and chop the red and yellow peppers and the spinach. You can use your hands to break the spinach into smaller pieces, it is up to you. Stir again.
Place your chicken breasts on the pan with half a cup of water on medium-high heat. After 5 minutes, turn the breasts around and add the organic no-salt seasoning (or whatever you use to season your chicken). Repeat on the other side.
Once the chicken is almost fully cooked, use the kitchen shears to cup into strips. Let it cook for another five to 10 minutes. Then, add the chicken to your pasta mix and turn off the stove. Let your dish cool for five minutes and serve.
