Conquer The World…

Conquer the worldThey say a smile can get you through anything, and I believe it.

This week marks a year since we moved down South and adjusting has not been easy. With some of Jeff’s family here and all our friends back in NJ, there are moments when we wish we could fly everyone down…but every day is a blessing and we try to make the best of the moments we have together.

With a new year comes new changes, and we are still celebrating these new beginnings as a family. Although things did not start off as great as we had imagined, life after living in South Florida for a year has really shown us a different side to what it means to live. Life is not about searching for the best. Life is about living every moment of each day however you please. The people here are so relaxed, and I am pretty sure it has a lot to do with the weather.

Starting Fresh
Moving has taught me to appreciate not only the people I left behind, but also the people I meet every day. From other bloggers to other moms, everyone is motivated in their own way. I love hearing about moms who started their own company or
work from home; their stories help fuel my passion for writing because I see how passionate they are about what they do and how much they embrace new opportunities. If there is anything being home with my son has taught me it is that whatever you want, no matter how big or small, you should go for it. I am no longer afraid of putting my ideas into actions or even reinventing them for them to evolve into something better. Every day I watch my son explore the world, and he conquers it in his own way. Sebastian has really given my life new meaning, and for that I am very thankful. I am stronger today than I have ever been in my life because I do not allow anything or anyone to hold me back from the things I want to achieve, and I love motivating others to do the same.
