As a mom of a newborn, I need these ideas. It is hard for me to remember if I am not taking care of myself, I can not take the best care of my kids!
These are such simple yet really impactful ideas. I love the idea of picking 1 thing I love and spending an hour doing it. I also need to drink more water. I was doing so well and have been slacking!
I really need to use somebody’s help more often. It really makes a huge difference in the whole process.
