Bringing home our firstborn felt like a blur until we delivered our third earlier this month and needed to wait for the discharge papers. It felt as though we had been waiting a century to be given the clear to go home with our newborn.
We used the wait time to discuss some of the newborn essential items on our list for when we arrived home.
Stocking Up On The Necessary
When we knew we’d be bringing home our baby in the spring, we made a list of tasks we wanted to tackle before the arrival. Several tasks were completed prior to heading to the hospital.
Prior to delivery, we made sure to grab extra diapers and wipes from the store. We knew from our previous children that it would be a good idea to stock up on these two items. With the new Pampers Pure diapers and Pampers Aqua Pure wipes available at Sam’s Club, I knew I could save money and time by purchasing these items in bulk.
Why Pampers Pure, you ask? Pampers has been a trusted brand for decades. Now with the Pampers Pure diapers, we don’t need to think twice whether or not we’re providing our little one with the right choice for her bottom. Below are some facts about Pampers Pure diapers:
– Free of chlorine bleach, fragrance, and parabens;
– Clinically proven to be hypoallergenic; and
– Are premium cotton and plant-based.
The new collection continues to provide the same Pampers-level softness and 12 hours of leak protection parents have always loved.
Why choose Pampers Aqua Pure wipes? Pampers Aqua Pure wipes are made with 99% water and contain 0% alcohol, parabens, dyes, or fragrance. They’re also cotton enhanced. Need more reasons to try Pampers Aqua Pure wipes? Here’s a list:
– Contains dermatologically tested ingredients;
– Has plant-based ingredients; and
– Is clinically proven hypoallergenic.
Pampers Pure diapers and Pampers Pure Aqua wipes can be purchased at Sam’s Clubs nationwide and on samsclub.com. Sam’s Club pack sizes of Pure are 14% larger than at other retailers, offering a greater value for you and your newborn.

I love how they are making baby wipes so much safer. Babies need safe products like these.
Congrats on the new baby!! Yes, I agree. These are all essentials for bringing home a baby!
This sounds like a great post for people who are looking to get ready to welcome a new little one into the family, after all it can be hard to know what are essentials.
I have heard about these wipes and they looks really handy and gentle on baby’s skin.
Yup, those are definitely essentials for newborns. We changed a lot when we brought our babies home.
Congratulations to your new angel!
I spent more money on diapers and wipes when my kids were small. It is important if you’re going to use something that often that it is gentle on skin so I can see how these would be perfect.
I have heard some really great things about these baby wipes. I love that there are so many now that are safer and more gentle on skin!
Gonna send this to all my new mom to be friends! 🙂
This is a great resource for those of us looking to expand our families. Thanks!
Yes to the cotton because it is breathable on skin and you don’t yet know what a baby is allergic to at that stage.
